For long range point to point applications use Yagi antennas. Multi-point applications may require a mixture of Yagi and Omni-directional antennas.
Wireless Antenna Options
Powerful, permanent mount cellular antenna. Covers multiple bands.
Multi-band Antenex Phantom, Model# TRAB806/17103P, is specially designed for permanent mounting through a relatively thin
metal surface (must be metal to provide ground plane). The Antenex Phantom is specified by public safety, military, utility and
transportation providers and installed on Apache, Black Hawk and Chinook helicopters and Humvee and Bradley military
vehicles around the world. Threaded connector on the underside of the antenna is N/Female. To connect to a phone or other
device, cabling and appropriate phone adapter cable is required.
