Data Acquisition Modules from B&B Electronics
Monitor Sensors and Provide Output Commands

Ottawa, IL – These data acquisition modules from B&B Electronics can receive signals from up to eight external sensors, control various devices and output analog voltages. The compact modules plug easily into DB-25 serial ports. Applications include monitoring sensors and controlling process and test equipment, and monitoring and controlling ON/OFF states. 

Model 232SPDA is a typical B&B Data Acquisition module. It provides 7 channels of 12-bit A/D inputs and 2 digital input channels, plus 1 digital output channel and 4 channels of 8-bit D/A outputs. Price is about $90. Model 232SDD16 is a 16-channel D/A module can control up to 16 digital inputs or 16 digital outputs and costs about $70. Other models are available for analog, RS-485 and 12-bit systems.

Only four commands are needed to control the modules. Each module comes complete with a demo program and API programs.
